Tempo Fulfillment Policy

Subscription and Service Delivery

Tempo is a digital golf shot-tracking application available on iOS. All subscriptions are processed and fulfilled through Apple's App Store. Upon successful payment through the App Store, you will receive immediate access to all features included in your selected subscription plan.

Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, as they handle all billing and payment processing for Tempo subscriptions.

To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Apple reviews all refund requests and makes the final determination.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation Process

Since all subscriptions are managed through Apple, you may cancel your Tempo subscription at any time through:

  1. Your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Tempo
  2. The App Store app under your account subscriptions

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain access to Tempo until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.
  • After your paid period ends, your account will automatically convert to our free tier, and all your tracking data will remain accessible.

Reactivation

You can resubscribe at any time through the App Store to regain access to premium features. All your data will remain intact and accessible when you reactivate.

Free Trial Terms

If you signed up using a free trial through the App Store:

  • No payment will be processed until the trial period ends.
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, Apple will automatically charge your selected payment method for the subscription plan you chose.

Account and Data Access

Your access to Tempo features depends on your subscription status:

  • Active subscription: Full access to all features included in your plan
  • Expired subscription: Your account automatically converts to our free tier
  • Free tier users: Limited access to basic tracking features
