1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Social Dreams Marketing & Co. LLC ("Tempo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses your information when you use the Tempo mobile application (the "App"), the Tempo website (the "Site"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Services and does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any third-party application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Services.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide when creating an account.
  • Golf data: Shot tracking data, scores, club selections, round history, and other game-related information you enter while using the App.
  • Communications: Your name, email address, and the content of any messages when you contact us for support, feedback, or any other purpose.
  • Waitlist information: Your email address when you sign up for our waitlist through the Site.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information: Device type, model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the App, including features used, actions taken, session duration, frequency of use, and in-app events.
  • Analytics data: We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights on our Site to understand page views, traffic sources, and performance metrics.
  • Log data: Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Location Information

The App may request access to your device's location services to provide golf course-related features and location-based functionality. We may collect precise or approximate location data when you use the App. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain functionality of the Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Services
  • Processing your account registration and managing your subscription
  • Tracking and displaying your golf statistics and performance data
  • Sending you updates, announcements, promotional offers, and marketing communications

  • Analyzing usage patterns, trends, and user behavior to improve the Services, develop new features, and inform business decisions

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services, and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely. Even after account deletion, certain data may persist in our backup systems for a reasonable period before being permanently removed.

7. Your Choices

You may have certain choices regarding your information:

  • Account information: You may update your account information through the App at any time.
  • Marketing communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. Even if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications related to your account or the Services.
  • Location data: You may disable location services through your device settings.
  • Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Please note that certain data may be retained as described in Section 6.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. 8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information. The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated or controlled by us. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. It is your sole responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
